Day Seventy-Eight

These are from yesterday during my lunch walk at work.

I’m getting really frustrated at work at the moment and taking walks helps me to decompress.

I know everyone’s job has those moments where you ask yourself what am I even doing here? Lately I feel like those moments are coming more and more often.

I wonder if it’s me. If it’s my personality that doesn’t allow me to just go with the flow and let things be wrong if they’re going to be wrong.

The thing is: if how you do your job impacts how I do my job, I start to get angry. And if, on top of that, you’re ignoring my attempt to guide you back on track for the sheer purpose of me being able to do my own job well, then I start to question what I’m doing here.

I know personalities clash. Not everyone belongs everywhere.

Maybe I don’t belong in corporate. Maybe it is me.
